Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.5(e) in Crl.M.P.No.1932 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce the car before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai at 10.00 a.m., once in every month on the first Monday, until further orders. 4.
