JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This petition is filed on 09.04.2026. On 17.04.2026, this Court issued emergent notice to the respondent. On 02.06.2026, this Court, in the absence of the counsel for the petitioner also considered the application for condonation of delay of 64 days in filing the revision petition and allowed the said application and posted the matter for admission along with I.A.No.2/2026. On 17.06.2026, the matter was called twice but no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, one more opportunity was given to the counsel for the petitioner to assist the Court and also made it clear that, if - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33663 CRL.RP No. 616 of 2026 the counsel for the petitioner does not appear on the next date of hearing, the petition will be dismissed. Inspite of the said order, today also the counsel for the petitioner is absent. Hence, in terms of the order dated 17.06.2026, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
