Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 has already been apprehended and in view of that he seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. 3. Learned counsel for the State accepts the said submission. 4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2 namely, Md. Alam Ansari, is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
