The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs: a) call for records from the respondents; b) issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18/10/2025 (annx-m) and release, settle and pay the physically handicapped allowance from 21/04/2011 till due date in favour of the petitioner, along with interest for belated - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32381 WP No. 17248 of 2026 payment, in the interest of justice and equity; c) pass any other order which this hon’ble court may deem fit, including the cost of this writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The petitioner has sought for a mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 18.10.2025 vide Annexure-M wherein the petitioner has requested to release, settle and pay the physically handicapped allowances from 21.04.2011 till due date along with interest for the belated payment. 3. Despite submitting the representation, respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not considered the representation submitted by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if a reasonable time is granted, respondent - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32381 WP No. 17248 of 2026 Nos.2 and 3 will consider the representation submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-M and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 18.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-M and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
