02 /17.09.2026: Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and
learned counsel representing the respondents.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that he is claiming share in the property in question which has been acquired but the respondents have prepared the Award in the name of respondent nos. 6 and 7.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has objected before the Authorities concerned but the Authorities are not referring the matter.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the application of the petitioner is still pending, they will take appropriate steps as per the Act and refer the matter for

redressal of the dispute between the parties.
5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3-the District Land Acquisition Officer (DLAO), Deoghar within two weeks from today along with the copy of this order and also with the proper application.
6. Once the proper application is filed, the respondents will take a decision and pass an appropriate order.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
