Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Amarnath, learned Government Advocate, Counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent/ police on instructions submits that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded in judicial custody. 4. In view of the above submission, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file.
