No. 10938 of 2026. 2.Though this petition was originally filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 10938 of 2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks only an extension of time to comply with the condition relating to the execution of sureties. 3.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time to execute and produce the sureties before the concerned court is hereby extended until 05.06.2026. The petitioner shall produce the sureties on or before 05.06.2026.
