Present 2nd petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.61 dated 08.03.2026, Under Sections 109, 191(3), 190 of BNS 2023 (corresponding to Sections: 307, 148, 149 of IPC) and sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. 2. On perusal of the record, it is noticed that petitioner's first petition seeking anticipatory bail, i.e. CRM-M-21347-2026, was dismissed on merits, vide order dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-3). 3. Co-accused-Jagroop Singh alias Gujjar, was not attributed any specific role in the occurrence, whereas present petitioner is specifically alleged to have fired gunshots, resulting in injuries to members of the opposite party.
