1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2026 in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2026, for the alleged offence registered under Section 126(2)/115(2)/352/127(2)/118(1)/74/109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Learned Court of S.D.J.M., Giridih

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charge sheet has already been submitted. He has further submitted that there was a dispute in connection with grazing of grass by ox. He has further submitted that as per injury report as mentioned in the impugned order itself, the injuries on the head are simple injuries and there is a grievous injury on the right elbow. Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner is a named accused in the first information report.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that grievous injury has been found on the arm and remaining injuries are simple in nature and the charge-sheet has

already been submitted, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Giridih in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2026 on the following conditions: (i) The petitioner shall disturb the informant party in any manner what so ever. (ii) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (iii) The other bailor should be his close relative. (iv) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of his single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (v) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (vi) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned court below.
6. The instant bail application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
7. Learned court shall call the criminal antecedent report of the petitioner and, if any, criminal antecedent is found against the petitioner, he shall not be enlarged on bail.
8. Let a copy of this order along with a copy of the affidavit filed with the bail petition be communicated to the court concerned through ‘FAX/E-mail’.
