Site Engineer/ BW/ Marimakulapalle/ 2018-2019, and Site Engineer/ BW/ Marimakulapalle/ 2018-2019, dated 06-05-2019 and 10-05- 2019, respectively for Providing Pumpsets, and New Bore Well at Marimakulapalle village of Chowdepalli Mandal inspite of lapse of 5 years of completion of the works as arbitrary, illegal. contrary to the settled legal position apart from being voilative of fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No. 2 to 6 to pay the bills for an total amount of Rs. 4,34,433/- for various works executed by petitioner through Agreements, in Agreement Nos. Site Engineer/ BW/ Marimakulapalle/ 2018- 2019, and Site Engineer/ BW/ Marimakulapalle/ 2018-2019, dated 06-05- 2019 and 10-05- 2019, respectively and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents to pay an amount of Rs. 4,34,433/- for various works executed by petitioner through Agreements, in Agreement Nos. Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on instructions dated 05.01.2026 of the Executive Engineer, RWS&S Division, Madanapalle, submitted that the authorities admitted to pay the amount claimed by the petitioner and sought ten (10) weeks time for payment. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection for granting time as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to pay the amount entitled to by the petitioner within a period of ten (10) weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
