By way of the instant application, the applicant seeks permission to treat the instant petition as one filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 02. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the grounds urged, and the submissions made at the Bar, the instant application is allowed. By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent authorities to discharge their statutory obligations and Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document to take the proceedings initiated pursuant to order dated 21.01.2025, passed by the Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipora, to its logical conclusion strictly in accordance with law. The petitioner further seeks a direction upon the respondent authorities to consider and decide the application/representation dated 16.07.2025, submitted by the petitioner before respondent No. 3 within a reasonable period of time. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the implementation application of the petitioner pending before respondent No. 3. 3. In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the implementation application dated 16.07.2025, submitted by the petitioner before him, within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is served upon the said respondent, strictly in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
