ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly 4th respondent in contemplating to dispossess the petitioner without considering the application made for assignment of house site patta vide PGRS request NO.KUR20260521145, dated 21-05-2026 against the order passed by the 4th respondent vide Rc.B- 21/PGRS/2026, dated 19- 05-2026 having admitted his long standing possession of the property in Sy.No.380/A of Kodumuru Village to an extent of Ac. 0.19 Cents as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to principles of natural justice and in violation of Art. 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to disposses the petitioner without considering his PGRS request NO.KUR20260521145, dated 21- 05-2026 for assignment of house site patta …”
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
3. Mr. J.U.M.V. Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent No.4 has been contemplating dispossession of the Petitioner without considering the application made for assignment of house site patta vide PGRS Request No.KUR20260521145 dated 21.05.2026.
4. Sri T. Sanjeev Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on written instructions, submits that upon verification of the revenue records, it was noticed that Sy.No.380/A of Kodumuru Village is classified as Government poramboke land, and the remarks column in the RSR reflects it as ‘Hill Stream,’ which is Government land.
5. Be that as it may, when an application has been submitted by the Petitioner through PGRS on 21.05.2026 against the order passed by

Respondent No.4 on 19.05.2026, particularly in view of the admission regarding the Petitioner’s long-standing possession of the subject land in Sy.No.380/A of Kodumuru Village to an extent of Ac.0.19 cents, Respondent No.2 or Respondent No.3 ought to have considered the PGRS application of the Petitioner and passed appropriate orders.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of with a direction to the Respondents not to dispossess the Petitioner from the subject land without considering the request submitted in PGRS Request No.KUR20260521145 dated 21.05.2026, and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
