Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced instructions dated 09.09.2026 and copy of memorandum dated 08.09.2026, issued by the Under Secretary (NGE) HPSEBL, Vidyut Bhawan, Shimla-4, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid instructions dated 09.09.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been offered appointment as Peon on daily wage basis vide office appointment memorandum dated 08.09.2026. 3. This Court while disposing of the writ petition on 28.11.2025 had directed the respondents to provide 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 compassionate appointment to the petitioner forthwith. Though the petitioner has not been offered appointment forthwith and further the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner ought to have been offered appointment on regular basis instead of daily wage basis but this Court will not go into that question. 4. Since the petitioner has now been offered the appointment, the present execution petition is closed. However, the petitioner, if still aggrieved, may take appropriate remedy against the memorandum dated 08.09.2026, in accordance with law.
