The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Issue a writ of certiorari or similar writ or order or direction to quash the order dated 08.08.2024 in Case No.MSC/26/-2023 passed by the first respondent as per Annexure-H; ii) Issue any other appropriate writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A memo dated 10.06.2025 signed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner has been filed, which reads as under; “MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The petitioner respectfully submit as follows: During the pendency of the above Writ Petition the Respondents No.2 and 3 have died on 31.01.2026 and 20.01.2026 respectively. In view of the death of Respondents No.2 and 3, the relief sought in the above Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.
