1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant application may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the third respondent to consider the grievance of these petitioners.
2. There is no objection from the respondent.
3. Having regard to the above, the instant application stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent No. 3 as early as possible. The moment third respondent will receive the representation, he shall decide the issue strictly in accordance with applicable rules and regulations concerning transfer of the petition.
4. Accordingly, instant application stands disposed of.
