JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21st August, 2021 (Annexure-E), seeking permission to alienate the land in question bearing Survey No.154/11 measuring 2 acre 10 guntas of Hunjanalu Village, Kallambella Hobli, Sira Taluk for acquiring a better property and for other purposes. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the petitioner has to make a representation to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar, seeking permission to alienate the subject land. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to make one more representation to the respondent No.4 within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If such a representation is made by the petitioner, the respondent No.4-Tahsildar shall consider the same and take decision in the matter, after verifying the original records, within an outer limit of two months form the date of receipt of representation that may be made by the petitioner in accordance with law.
