The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (438 Cr.P.C.) seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.237 dated 23.10.2017, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 of the IPC (Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(2) (3) of the B.N.S.), and Sections 325, 307, 34 of the IPC (added later on) (Sections 117(2), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S.), at P.S. Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the course of investigation, the petitioner was declared innocent. However, he was subsequently summoned to face trial vide order dated 03.06.2019 passed on an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. 3. Learned State counsel has filed the status report by way of affidavit of Jaspal Singh, DSP, Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri in the Court today and the same is taken on record. 4.
