1. Petitioner filed present contempt petition under Sections 11 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of order dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP No.2215 of 2026 titled as “Nardev v/s State of Haryana and Another” vide which the Deputy Commissioner Charkhi Dadri was directed to conclude the proceedings and to take it to its logical end within a span of three months from the date of passing of the order.
2. In pursuance of previous order, today, written reply by way of affidavit of Munish Nagpal, the then Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri has been filed along with copy of order dated 29.04.2026 (Annexure R-1), which is taken on record.
3. In the light of aforesaid due compliance, I do not find any reason to proceed with the present contempt petition. No further action is required and SUNIL DEVI 2026.07.07 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
