The accused/applicant has moved this first bail application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 370/2023 registered at Police Station – Urla, District – Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 201, 302, 34 of IPC. 2. On 08.07.2026, this Court directed the Registry to call for a status report regarding the progress of the trial from the concerned Trial Court through the Sessions Judge, Raipur (C.G.). 3. Pursuant to the said direction, the status report dated 10.07.2026 has Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 been received. As per the report, out of a total of 20 prosecution witnesses, 18 witnesses have been examined, while the examination of the remaining 2 witnesses is yet to be completed. The report further indicates that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of two months. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh. after sometime. 5. No objection from the other side. 6.
