The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police submitted that the petitioner complied the condition for only 7 days. 3. Considering the submission made on either side, this Court is inclined only to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para 7(c) of the order dated 28.04.2026 in Crl.OP.No.10635 of 2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent-police once a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders”.
