The appellant has filed this writ appeal against the order dated 23.01.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No. 6541/2025 (Dhelaram Kashyap Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) whereby the learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner / respondent No. 5 herein. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant argued the matter at length and, at the end, sought permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge by filing a review petition against the impugned order. 5.
