The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has not complied with the condition. 3. However, the learned counsel for the respondent would invite the attention of this Court to the order in Crl.MP.No.16514 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has complied with the condition. 4.
