By order dated 25.02.2026, the Court had recorded that on a visual comparison of the signature of the petitioner appearing in her written statement annexed with the writ petition, variance was noted in the signature of the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 3. Accordingly, pursuant to order dated 25.02.2026, the petitioner has appeared before the Registrar (Vigilance), and given her specimen signature. It gives a visual impression that the signature in the affidavit does not match with the specimen signatures or with the signature in the written statement. 4. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach again. The prayer is Page No.# 3/3 considered and allowed. 5.
