JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner is assailing the endorsement dated 05.02.2024 (Annexure – A) passed by the respondent herein. 2. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the suit in O.S.No. 140/1984, seeking relief of declaration of title and permanent injunction, was held to be made in favour of the petitioner as a owner in possession of the subject land and same was confirmed in RSA No. 554/2005 and also in SLP No. 4849/2012 (Annexure –D) on the file of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and therefore, I find that there is a non-application of mind by the Tahsildar who has issued the endorsement at Annexure- A. Since, the matter has reached up to Hon'ble Supreme Court and declared that the petitioner is the owner of the land in question, under - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32709 WP No. 7678 of 2025 such circumstances, a vague endorsement issued by the respondent herein has to be deprecated. Accordingly, the respondent herein is directed to pay the cost of ₹25,000/- to the petitioner herein for issuing a vague endorsement dehorse the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3. In the result, the Writ Petition is allowed. 4. Endorsement dated 05.02.2024 (Annexure –A) is hereby set aside and the respondent herein is directed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records within one week from the date of receipt of this order.
