It is submitted by Mr. Sarma, learned APP that a report has already been received from the Baghbar Police Station, Barpeta, wherein it is reported that no case has been registered against the present four petitioners mentioned in the petition. 3. Considering the report, the present pre-arrest bail application is hereby disposed of and the interim protection granted to the present petitioners is hereby stands vacated/recalled. 4. The W.T. message be kept as part of the record. 5. However, the present petitioners will be at liberty to filed fresh application for bail, in the event any case is registered against them. 6.
