Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) in Claim Case No. 741/2018 2 On previous date of hearing i.e., 10.11.2025 , no one had chosen to appear despite the case was called in second round. Again on 24.04.2026, neither the appellant was represented by any counsel nor was present in person to argue his case. Even today when the matter is taken up for hearing no one appears for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal. Therefore, this Court is left with no other way except to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
