The Petitioner was appointed as Care Taker on temporary basis in S.R. Boys Hostel, Government Medical College, Ongole, in the year 2017 and he has been discharging his duties eversince. 3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that Sri P. Mahesh, who was appointed subsequent to the Petitioner i.e., in the year 2023, is being paid an honorouim of Rs.18,000/- per month and the Petitioner is being paid less amount than the said individual. It is stated that the Petitioner had submitted a representation to the Respondent No.2 on 06.12.2024 and as the same is not being considered, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4. Heard the respective counsel. 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is 3 disposed of with the following directions: i) The Respondent Authorities are directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 06.12.2024 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
