Issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the Second Respondent to consider the Representation dated 13/4/2026 of the Petition vide Annexure A and remove the name of the petitioner from the rowdy list/history sheets. b. Grant such other reliefs that this Hon'ble Court deems fit to be grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of Justice and Equity. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 13.04.2026 at Annexure-A has not been considered by the respondents. 3. Whenever any representation has been submitted by a citizen to any authority, it is required that the said Representation be acted upon and necessary orders be passed within a reasonable period of time, either accepting or rejecting the Representation submitted, in accordance with law. 4. Needless to say, if an order of rejection is passed, the same would have to be accompanied by reasons.
