No.124 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Guntur, wherein a petition under Sections 232, 270, 278 and 283 of the Indian Succession Act filed for grant of letters of administration in favour of the appellant in pursuance of the Will dated 21.08.2006 executed by late Sri Niranjanlal Harnathika and to allow the appellant to get transferred the shares in Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited, was dismissed. 2. On 30.01.2026, this Court passed the following order: “ No representation from either side even in the revised call. 2. However, considering that the matter has been listed after long time, granting one more opportunity to the parties’ counsels to appear and to argue the matter on the next date finally, list next week in the Weekly Cause List.” 3.
