In view of the above, it is ordered that the order No.03 dated 30.03.2026 passed by this Court in this bail application is modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner mentioned therein be read as ‘Rajan Singh’ in place of the incorrect name being ‘Ranjan Singh’. The order No.03 dated 30.03.2026 passed by this Court in this bail application is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
