This M.C.C. has been filed for restoration of WPL No.78 of 2025 which was dismissed on 23.1.2026 on account of non- compliance of the order dated 15.1.2026 passed by this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court directed the applicant to pay process fee within three working days by ordinary and speed posts and also observed that non- compliance of the order would lead to dismissal of the WPL. He submits that due to inadvertence the process fee could not be paid within time. Thus, the writ petition has been dismissed. He submits that an opportunity may be granted to pay the process fee, otherwise it would cause irreparable loss to the applicant/petitioner. 3. Taking into consideration the submissions made, this Court is inclined to allow this application for restoration. 4.
