In view of her long tenure and faced with various adverse family circumstances as also her own serious illness, she preferred a representation on 23.08.2026, seeking 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - transfer to respondent No.2, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and keeping in view the applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today.
