In this Writ Petition, petitioner is assailing the endorsements bearing Nos.RA/200/2026, RA/201/2026 and RA/202/2026, all dated 09.06.2026, produced at Annexures-A to C, issued by the respondent No.2. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming that the petitioner herein has preferred appeal under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, and thereafter, respondent No.2, without - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33243 WP No. 18550 of 2026 following the procedure contemplated under the Act and the Rules made thereunder, has issued the impugned endorsements which cannot be sustained. 3. In that view of the matter, the impugned endorsements bearing Nos.RA/200/2026, RA/201/2026 and RA/202/2026, all dated 09.06.2026, produced at Annexure-A to C, issued by the respondent No.2, are hereby set aside and the matter is remitted to the respondent No.2 to reconsider the appeals afresh by duly following the procedure contemplated under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 and the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966. 4. In order to expedite the matter, the petitioner herein is directed to appear before the respondent No.2, on 10.07.2026 at 2.30 p.m. 5.
