In light of the supplementary counter affidavit filed by the respondent State and the statement made in paragraph no.7 to the effect that Jharkhand Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2011 was published in the Jharkhand Gazette on 27.08.2011 and Jharkhand Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2015 was published in Jharkhand Gazette on 01.12.2015, and in light of Annexure-B dated 25.01.2022, wherein it has been disclosed that the said (Amendment) Acts have been superseded in light of Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 1996 stating that in one block, only one said Samiti will operate. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of that, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to find out its remedy. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent State as well as respondent no.9 have got no objection for the same. 5. Accordingly, W.P.(C)No.4622 of 2012 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
