JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. In this writ petition, petitioners are assailing the endorsement dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent No.2 and the endorsement dated 13.12.2024 (Annexure-B) issued by the respondent No.5 inter alia sought for direction to respondents to regularise the Karab land bearing Survey No.19 (New Survey No.19/1 to 4) measuring 5 acres 32 guntas of Singanayakanahalli Village, Bangalore, in respect of 6 guntas of the land of 'A' Karab land in Doddabettahalli Village of Yelahanka Taluk. 3. Sri.Venkatachalapathi.S.K, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that, the petitioners has sought for the regularisation of the land in question in respect of the 6 guntas of the land which is 'A' Karab land and therefore sought for interference of this Court. 4. Per contra, Sri.K.Krishna learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5, while referring to the endorsement dated - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33275 WP No. 20337 of 2025 13.12.2024 (Annexure B) issued by the respondent No.5 contended that the land in question has been acquired by the State for the purpose of the formation of Dr. K. Sivaramakarantha layout and thereby the petitioner is entitled for the compensation in respect of 'A' karab land in terms of the circular dated 16.05.2018 (Annexure-M) or any other circular issued by the Government and therefore sought for dismissal of the petition. 5. Learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that unless the name of the petitioner is reflected in the relevant RTC and the petitioners have to establish his right over the property in question and if such an application is made to the respondent No.2 and same shall be considered by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law and accordingly sought for the dismissal of the petition. 6. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the same would indicate that the land in question claimed by the petitioners to an extent of 6 guntas in Survey No.19/1 of Doddabettahalli Village, Yelahanka Taluk, is 'A' Karab land and - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33275 WP No. 20337 of 2025 same has been acquired by the respondent authorities for the purpose of formation of Dr. K.Shivaramakarantha layout. 7. In that view of the matter, looking into the reasons assigned in the endorsement dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure A) issued by respondent No.2 and the endorsement dated 13.12.2024 (Annexure-B) issued by respondent No.5, I am of the view that no interference be called for in this aspect. However, it is open for the petitioners to approach the respondent No.2 with relevant documents in terms of the circular produced at Annexure-M dated 16.05.2018, and if such an application is made by the petitioner and same shall be considered by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law.
