Following order was passed in the matter on 17.09.2026: - “Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Mr. Suneel Dutt, Dy. Director of School Education, Mandi, Mr. Vivek Sharma, Section Officer (Finance & Accounts), and Mr. Vinay Kumar, Superintendent Grade-II, O/o DDSE Mandi, have attended the Court hearing and submit that, in view of the orders dated 09.09.2026 and 10.09.2026 passed in CWP No. 15525/2026 a/w CWP Nos. 15526, 15537 to 15544/2026, petitioners’ cases are required to be considered afresh in light of order dated 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-7) in CWP No. 15525/2026. They pray for and are granted two weeks’ time for the aforesaid purpose. As prayed for, list on 07.10.2026, when a fresh order shall be placed on record by the aforesaid respondents. 2. Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instruction s dated 06.10.2026, wherein more time has been prayed for. In view of the sufficient opportunity already granted in the previous order, which was passed in the presence of the officials of the respondents, matter is adjourned to 09.10.2026 to place on record fresh order, in light of the observations already made in the order dated 17.09.2026.
