The petitioner is aggrieved by the proposal to put up a graveyard. Hence, he has submitted a representation dated 25.02.2026. It is for the first respondent, who has to take a call in the matter. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner’s representation as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance with law. Till such a decision is taken by the 1st respondent, the existing position on the ground shall not be altered.
