By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking her transfer from a present place of posting on the ground that recently in an unfortunate bus accident, which took place on 04.11.2025, the petitioner has lost her parents and her sister, who is unmarried and is now dependent upon the petitioner has suffered multiple injuries, as are spelled out in the petition. 2 3. In light of the averments made in the petition as well as the representation, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation of the petitioner be decided by the Authority within six weeks from today after giving personal hearing to the petitioner and the facts averred in the representation be taken into consideration and a sympathetic view be taken in the case. 4.
