The short grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition is that he has filed a representation with respondent No. 2 which is stated to be pending consideration. Therefore, the petitioner, seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation and complaints, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated period. 02.
