Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "(i) DECLARE that the order dated 20.06.2009 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru in DUS:45-A:P: HOSR:13:08-09 is produced at ANNEXURE-E is illegal and quash the same; (ii) ISSUE a writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to release the sale deed dated 25.02.2009 which was pending before the Sub-Registrar, Hosakote at ANNEXURE-F; (iii) ALLOW this writ petition with costs; and (iv) GRANT any other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the interests of justice." 2. What has been challenged in this petition is the order passed by the respondent-Deputy Commissioner under Section 45A of the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957.
