1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State- Opposite Parties. Perused the writ application as well as the documents annexed thereto.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that Your Lordships would graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue Rule nisi in the nature of writ of Mandamus should not be issued, directing the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2026 Vide Annexure-8 within a stipulated time, considering her level of pay as per the Resolution No.8898/Gen dated 15.03.2024 under Annexure-6 with all consequential benefits.;

And in the event the Opp. Party No.2 fails to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule be made absolute and the Opp. Party No.2 authority be directed to consider the representation dated 02.03.2026 Vide Annexure-8 made by the petitioner with regards to her legitimate right of getting her level of pay as per the Resolution No.8898/Gen dated 15.03.2024 under Annexure-6 by giving adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner,
And may pass any other Writ(s), Direction(s),
Order(s), Relief(s) as it may be deemed fit and proper.”

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating her grievance has submitted representation before the Commissioner- cum-Secretary, Govt. of Odisha, School and Mass Education Department, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1 under Annexure-8. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the
learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-8 within a stipulated period of time.
5. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.1, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 02.03.2026 under Annexure-8 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy
Page 3 of 3. of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-8 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be also communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter.
7. With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
8. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules.
