In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the appellant, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Appeal with liberty to move after three months, if the trial is not concluded. 4. No objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents. 5. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw this Criminal Appeal. 6. Thus, Cr.
