Subsequently, he suffered cardiac failure and was therefore assigned light duty. The management now wants to restore him to his earlier position of Conductor. The petitioner therefore wants a direction to the authorities to assess his present medical condition. In this regard, he submitted a representation dated 13.01.2026 for referring him to a Medical Board. 3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
