1. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no.2 to provide the information in writing with regard to the representations dated 02.03.2022 and 23.03.2022 filed by the petitioner herein.
2. In course of hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 submits that in the interim period one division of the company has been sold out.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner’s relief is confined to an information required in writing in respect of their representation the writ application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner herein is at liberty to seek the said information as prayed for, under the appropriate act before the appropriate authority and the authority shall provide the same in accordance with law.
4. WPA 9571 of 2022 stand disposed of and the connected application, if any, stand also disposed of.

5. Interim order stand vacated.
6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
