Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner is claiming right over the property in question based on the grant order produced at Annexure-A. 4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the representations dated 21st July, 2020 (Annexure-B) and 05th August, 2020 (Annexure-C) insofar as the petitioner is concerned and take decision in the matter, after verifying the original records available in their office. It is made clear that the said exercise shall be concluded by the respondents 2 to 4, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner in accordance with law.
