This is an application filed under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of NICR Case No.08/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang. 3. The petitioner Fokhruddin Ali Ahmed is facing trial before the Court below. He is 60 years old, he resides at Guwahati and he has medical problems also. 4. The petitioner submits that it is difficult for him to attain the Court at Chirang on each and every date of hearing therefore; he prays that his attendance may be dispensed with. 5. I have considered the submissions made by Mr. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. The petitioner shall appear before the Court below at Chirang by video conferencing. 7. The Trial Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chirang is directed to proceed with the Trial Court of the case by giving video conferencing facility to the present petitioner. Page No.# 3/3 8.
