By order dated 8th August, 2025 passed in WPA 2235 of 2025 following direction was issued : “ In view of submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent no.3, Executive Officer, Dubrajpur Panchayat Samity is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 29th November, 2024 upon notice and hearing the petitioner by way of a reasoned order in accordance with law within period of four weeks from date of communication of this order.” 3. Pursuant to such order the alleged contemnor has passed a reasoned order on 11th September, 2025. 4. It is also found that the alleged contemnor has made a requisition of funds amounting to Rs.4,97,528/- to the District Magistrate, Birbhum on 5th 2 December, 2025 for disbursement of the outstanding amount to the petitioner. 5. In view of the above compliance, the contempt application being CPAN 119 of 2026 stands disposed of. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
