The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no any damage to the shop of the informant and while claiming so, refers to a copy of the seizure memo dated 30th April, 2025. In response to the above, it is reiterated that there has been no any extensive damage to the shop of the informant in view of the seizure of charred wood ash and a burnt tin asbestos with melted containers. It is claimed that the petitioners do not have any antecedent and first-time offenders. Considering the facts and submissions as above and the circumstances under which the report has been lodged alleging the shops to have been set to blaze and narrated in the FIR, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail.
4. Accordingly, it is ordered.

In case the damage is not extensive as pleaded at present, it is also directed the petitioners shall be released on bail with suitable conditions imposed as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. But in case of rejection by the learned court below, the petitioners are granted the liberty to approach the Sessions Court for orders.
