1. Heard Mr. Animesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Prasoon Bhaduri, learned Deputy Advocate General,
learned counsel for respondents / State as well as Mr. Kishore Narayan, learned counsel for writ petitioner/ respondent No.1.
2. The appellant has filed this writ appeal against the order dated 12.03.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 504 of 2023 (Akhilesh Kumar Singh Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) whereby the learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner / respondent No. 1 herein.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant argued the matter at length and, at the end, sought permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to
3 approach the learned Single Judge by filing a review petition against the impugned order.
