In this petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 26th December, 2025 (Annexure-A) and 19th February, 2026 (Annexure-B); inter alia sought for directing the respondents to restore the revenue entries in respect of the subject land as per the judgment and decree passed in Original Suit No.354/2014 (old OS No.241/2011) and implement the order passed in RA No.48/2011-12. 3. Having head the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31996 WP NO.16780 OF 2026 petition, the grievance of petitioners in this petition is with regard to consideration of representations of the petitioners for restoring the revenue entries of the subject land as per judgment and decree passed in Original Suit No.354/2014 (old OS NO.241/2011) on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Magadi. 5. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations dated 26th December, 2025 (Annexure-A) and 19th February, 2026 (Annexure-B) and enter the name of petitioners in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, after verifying the records in terms of judgment and decree passed in Original Suit No.354/2014 (old OS No.241/2011) on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Magadi, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
